PETALING JAYA (Oct 3, 2013): Young women born between 1993 and 1994 are entitled to a free Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine injection during a roadshow campaign by the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry.

The inaugural campaign was launched on Wednesday under the ministry' National Population and Family Development Board (NPFDB) to promote HPV vaccination for women as a way to prevent cervical cancer.

The board said the free vaccination can be obtained at 58 Nur Sejahtera NPFDB clinics nationwide or at selected higher learning institutions. The roadshow which began at Taylor's University Lakeside Campus, Subang Jaya will end at Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam.
